Moose Hunting License

How to apply for a non-resident moose hunting license.

You may apply from January 4nd to April 30th, using one of the following methods:

  1. On-Line Application visit;
    New Brunswick's Natural Resources

  2. TELEPHONE: call the toll free number (1-800-994-2666) from a touch tone telephone and follow the easy step by step instructions.

You will need to enter a valid VISA or Mastercard number, the credit card expiry date and your date of birth.

You will be connected with an automated system that will request your credit card number, expiry date and date of birth in order to complete your application.

NOTE: A non-refundable application fee of $39.55 (Canadian Funds) will be charged to your credit card. Only one application per person.

Once your payment is accepted, you will be allocated a draw number. If you are successful in the draw, you must know your draw number in order to purchase your moose hunting license.

To find out if you were successful in the draw: call the toll free number (1-800-994-2666) from a touch tone telephone between May 17 and June 11, 2010 and key in your draw number when requested.

If successful in the draw, a license cost of $ 619.24 Cdn including the 13% tax must be paid.
